Trupanion Vet Direct Pay
We have integrated our management software with Trupanion’s insurance services. This means that Trupanion will be able to review and pay towards your claim at the time of your appointment. Most pet insurance companies work under a reimbursement model, where you pay the entire bill up front and the insurance company reimburses you several days to weeks later. With Trupanion, most claims are processed in 5-10 minutes once sent from our system and you will only pay the portion of the bill that insurance does not cover at the time of your visit.
